I bought this TV cart which I use on the patio and gazebo. I wanted portability with stability. This car offers both! Assembly was easy (although initially I missed two screws on the underside of the support legs). Once they were added the base was very stable. I like that the wheels can be locked so the base stays in place in the wind while I'm using it outside. It also seems strong enough not to blow away even in high winds. I used a shelf to mount the soundbar. I used the mounting hardware that came with the soundbar to hold the soundbar in place. Instead of screws I used zip ties to attach the brackets to the legs of the stand. Now the soundbar is solid and won't budge on the shelf even when I roll the unit across the cobblestones in my backyard. I don't see any flaws in this device, hence the rating is "5".
