I'm 5ft 10", weigh 180lbs and usually wear a small. These shirts seem to shrink a bit so I bought a larger size and it fits me. I would say they are actually larger than M/L which is between sizes too small or too big for me. The sleeves are a bit longer, but I can live with that. The material is very soft and well made. Excellent value for what I get here. I expect to pay a lot more for the exact same shirt at a reputable retailer. Love the overall fit and comfort.
