Fragile and difficult to assemble

I don't know what happened but I bought the same boxes in mid November and they are stronger, easier to assemble and the tops are stronger than the ones I received last Friday. The new ones have thinner walls and floors. The tips are flat and thin. You need to partially separate the two sides of the box and the perforation line where you separate the sides is a little torn. I hesitate to pack fragile items in new boxes. I would return them but the container is so heavy that opening the box would be a real problem. I use them for sheets, towels and clothes.
