The ability to have everything under one roof. I love how easy it is for me to get connected with my team as well other users within our organization. There can be times when you need some help but there isn't any way of getting assistance unless you reach out via email which sometimes gets lost or overlooked. Also if your not using all the features they provide then you might find yourself looking at different options because of its cost. We use this software on an everyday basis and really enjoy having access to all those great tools so we don't have to go through the hassle of logging into multiple apps just to do simple things like update documents.
