Definitely not 'thin', at 5'11โ and 155lbs almost two fit in this so-called 'medium' shirt. the sleeves have no cuffs, the sleeve tube is just hemmed at the end to keep the sleeves from riding up and cold air from getting straight into your arm.Basically, if you have a barrel-shaped torso and short arms, this is the shirt for you.
