Review on Temperature Controller REX C100 Thermostat Thermocouple by Donald Gore
Works well if you know what you're doing.
I bought this to make a temperature controller for my electric smoker. After setup, it works very well. BUT I'm a controls engineer, I do it for a living, I know what the acronyms mean and I have a rough idea of how a thermostat is supposed to work. The documentation is terrible, I don't know what a layman would do. The kit should include 4mm screws to attach the SSR to the heatsink and some thermal grease.
