I needed a pair of sandals for a trip to Hawaii and decided to but this pair. I had never heard of the "yoga" sandals before but decided to take a chance on them. I have been so please with how comfortable the sandals are. I could wear them for a while with no issue. They had traction by the pool and were comfortable to walk on the sand with. I am a true size 6 and purchased a size 6. The sandals are the perfect size for my feet. Sometimes when I walk, my foot can move off the shoe, so if that's a concern, I think sizing up would help.
