I got this hat because here in Utah we get some very cold winds, and even in winter there is a lot of sun, so I wanted a hat with a long brim to shade my eyes. The hat arrived quickly -- it is very soft, pretty warm, and I love the faux fur earflaps and neck protection. The only concern is that it is a bit large. It does have an adjustable band inside the hat that can be used to make it fit a bit better; I just haven't done that yet. The inside of the hat is also soft and lined which is nice, but I need to try that band adjustment to see if it helps just a bit. So overall I like it! It is certainly better than some of the other hats I have been using so far.
