Review on Running Waist Pack With Water Bottle Holder For Women & Men - Hydration Belt Fanny Pouch For Running, Hiking, Cycling And 6.1-6.5 Inches Smartphones by Jeff Keegan

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Beats other expensive competitor products hands down!

I took a chance with this running hydration belt after reading so many positive reviews, with an overall rating of more than 4.5 stars. Also, the "top" selling competitor's product was way over priced. After comparing the material constructs, pictures and hence the design, I finally decided to give this relatively new product a shot. It turned out to be a very well made product with appealing design. I have used it to hold 8 oz processed water bottles while I'm out running for 3-5 miles. The elastic hook for each bottle pouch keeps the bottles firmly to the belt and keep them from shaking or jumping out. The main pouch is ideal for keeping my 5 inch smartphone and I believe it has room for 6 inch smartphones too. The bottle pouches and the main pouch are very durable and I see no signs of wear and tear after using for more than a month.A few cons:1) The main pouch a little tight with my car keys, though I can still keep them with the phone in the pouch.I wish they had an extra pouch along the belt, maybe behind the bottle pouches to hold smaller items like car keys.2) The belt is quite long and there's no way to fold them back or hold them in place in another loop or something. My workaround is to put the hanging end on the empty left bottle pouch if I'm taking only 1 water bottle. Either, they could have made/customized the length based on waist size of the buyer, or provide some loops or Velcros to snap the loose end back.Overall, I'm very much satisfied with the product for the price, for its surprising durability, material and appealing design.
