The fact that they are very knowledgeable about Microsoft Office, SharePoint, as well as other tools used in our industry. They also have great communication skills which makes collaboration easy! I don't like how quick meetings can be cut short if one of us isn't available for whatever reason. Meeting times need to be more flexible so we all get to meet at different time zones.
