The fact that they are very knowledgeable about Microsoft Office, SharePoint, as well as other tools used in our industry. They also have great communication skills which makes collaboration easy! I don't like how quick meetings can be cut short if one of us isn't available for whatever reason. Meeting times need to be more flexible so we all get to meet at different time zones. This has been an issue since day 1. We've had many people come and go during this past year due to scheduling conflicts or personal commitments. It would benefit everyone involved to continue meeting regularly so it doesn't become too sporadic. There's still some things you just cannot do without using Microsoft products, such as MS Word.
