I like that they have so many different tools in one platform (including both BPMN/BPML files).

Sometimes it takes some time for new features or changes from other vendors' products be reflected into these platforms but overall this is an excellent product if you need all of those capabilities rolled up together! If your looking at just BPMS then maybe look elsewhere as there are definitely better options out their now even when compared against older versions - no question about that!! One example would include our implementation project management process which was implemented using Jira + ProcessMaker & we were able compare results vs Atlassian's own boards etc., plus being connected via API made integrating much easier than having 2 separate sets og information stored away separately- very helpful especially during projects where multiple teams may participate such integration makes life MUCH simpler.
