Incorrect thread size/distance!
Although the item clearly states that it is IPS 1/2", it will not work with the female IPS inlet for my new Peerless faucet. I brought the item and the faucet to my local plumbing store and they checked that the peerless part had the correct threads and this part didn't.It was almost right as I could connect a water supply hose to it but it was very loose.I could only fit a half turn into the faucet inlet insert and didn't want to use force and damage the faucet so it's going back.As usual, Revain made it easy and painless to return.
