This works great with my singing at work but the mic doesn't always pick things up well enough for the computer to understand so sometimes you have to unplug the headphones. It was quite uncomfortable at first, but I was able to adapt and a small piece of Coban in a strategic place eliminated the irritation in my ear. If you remove the transparent part that fits in your ear, you can rotate it and use it on the other ear. Using the Vocera without a headset is inconvenient and communicates information to other patients, but using the Vocera with a headset is also inconvenient. The cord is too long as I still wear the vocera on my chest but I think it's all tied with a rubber band and that doesn't bother me.
