Could it be a counterfeit product?
I received my product with packaging tape to hold the nozzle in place with no factory plastic seals to prove the product has not been opened. In addition, the bottle itself is dirty, covered with some kind of foil and smells like it came from a smoking house. Really strong bad smell. The liquid inside looks like a cleanser but the way it was sent to me made me wonder if the product is legal and I'm afraid to put it on my face. Help back / tell me where to go back to. Many Thanks.
