I received my product with packaging tape to hold the nozzle in place with no factory plastic seals to prove the product has not been opened. In addition, the bottle itself is dirty, covered with some kind of foil and smells like it came from a smoking house. Really strong bad smell. The liquid inside looks like a cleanser but the way it was sent to me made me wonder if the product is legal and I'm afraid to put it on my face. Help back / tell me where to go back to. This is more of a light moisturizer than a cleanser. It's transparent and very gentle, but doesn't lather and doesn't give me a refreshing, clean feeling. Most of the cleaning products I've used leave me feeling squeaky clean, which just makes me feel bad. I bought this because a lot of people love that it has good ingredients, is gentle, moisturizing and overall a great product. I have very dry skin and most cleansers leave my face looking like a desert (to the point that I have to moisturize my face several times after washing). It feels really good after brushing! Yes, I still apply lotion afterwards because my skin needs it, but it doesn't feel as dehydrated and stretched as it usually does. It improves my skin a lot because I don't feel like I have to avoid washing my face every day to keep it moist.

2021 EDIT: I posted this negative review in 2019 and then read that sensitive skin takes time to get used to a new product. So I got stuck with it.
