dirt on it. Mud

After much research I decided to try this product because it is one of the few toothpastes (well it's not a paste at all but you get my meaning) that doesn't contain sucralose, to which I am allergic. Incidentally, cinnamon is the only Dirt flavor that doesn't contain any sweetener at all (the other two contain stevia extract, FYI). To use it, wet your toothbrush and dip it in a glass jar and then brush your teeth. It doesn't foam and stains teeth brown until you wash it off. Then your teeth will be nice and white and smooth to the touch. After using it for a week, I decided to brush again with regular toothpaste to see if I could feel a difference in how my teeth felt. The difference was negligible - if the regular toothpaste has a 10 in this category, The Dirt has a 9. BUT. I noticed that after using The Dirt I had fresher breath longer than after using regular toothpaste. Mud has never been too abrasive and I love the fact that I no longer put tons of chemicals in my mouth twice a day. A small jar isn't ideal if you spill a lot (those things don't come cheap!). Over time, my teeth may not get as white as they used to be simply because they don't contain bleach, so we'll see. But overall it's worth trying. I will keep using it.
