I like that it is user-friendly software, so my colleagues can get up and running quickly without any training or additional assistance from DMWay staff. It's relatively easy for non tech people to make use of as well. There aren't many features that are unique to DMWay, but they tend to be fairly intuitive and simple to use. This helps them understand their data better, and allows them to make more informed decisions when presenting to clients. I would recommend this product in particular to businesses that need to analyze large amounts of data, but don't have dedicated IT resources. We are able to solve our problems with the software, so we don't have to rely on our IT department. The most important benefit is how easy the system is to navigate so that even junior employees can access and use the system effectively.
