Review on πŸ’ƒ Chic and Bohemian: Renaissance Peasant Hippie Tiered Hunter Women's Clothing Dresses by Cheri Greene

Comfortable enough, looks just like the picture

This dress was slightly wrinkled but it stretches nicely within minutes and seems to have some resistance to wrinkling afterward. I was a bit worried about the "one size" situation since I'm 5ft 5in, about 200lbs, 36c/d, 33in waist and about 48in hips - about 10 overall /12 in height. above and 16 below. I also bought another one for a teen who is about my height, 5ft 5in, same bust, bigger waist, smaller hips. This dress was perfect for both of us and even flattering! The cuff was a bit tight on both of us, but it didn't look like it and I quickly stopped noticing, or maybe the cuff was loosening. one piece. My sleeves were pulled down off my shoulder and I didn't have to bother with them at all; she had hers on her shoulder and I didn't realize she had to adjust as well. Not sure what other reviews have said about steps in the skirt; Although I wish they weren't there, the skirt moved very nicely. The layers didn't stretch, so there weren't any weird creases/pull points, other than a slight accumulation of material in these seams, which appears to be part of the design. I deducted a star for the not too generous ribbing on the sleeves and for the lack of style options for the non-tiered skirt. I wasn't 100% sure about the color 'taupe' when ordering either (I NEVER thought I would buy a brown dress), but I'm very satisfied - the color is neutral, sophisticated and feminine, with subtle nuances in gray or lavender. He looked BEAUTIFUL with black accessories, but I'm sure he would look just as good accessorizing almost any other color. The other one I bought for a teenager was the most beautiful sapphire blue, very light and she is in love with it. bag on a ridiculously hot and muggy day at the Renn Faire because my original outfit would have caused me heat exhaustion. At first I didn't really pay attention to the material, it feels a bit... . Polyester-y? . . . First. I think most of us here are hoping for cotton. I think this has actually gotten better because it felt very breathable (thank goodness), light weight but not see through at all, had a natural movement when worn, and I didn't notice much shine when worn. That. It also appeared to be quite sweat resistant, for which I was eternally grateful. I look forward to using it on other suits as it seems to hold up as well as all my other dresses, it can even complement them due to its versatile, rather simple design.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
