Review on 👚 Breathable Sensitive Turquoise Girls' Clothing in 4T by City Threads by Eduardo Reyes

So I played around. I was looking for knit shorts with pockets for my 10 year old. It's so cute and fun and full BUT that waist is NOT a size 12. It's 10 inches unstretched. All of her other stretchy skirts are 11 to 12 inches tall. I'm considering getting a new rubber band, but for $24 I'd rather not make any changes. Please work on the size and even suggest larger sizes. The design and fabric are great! PS length 15 inches
