I chose this model over my previous, thinner models in hopes of extra durability. Although the material is much stronger, the seams seem to rip very easily if you drop an ice pack on the ground to break the ice (like you usually do with a frozen ice pack). I've lost many half ice packs on the floor because the seams on this product tear so easily. Love the straps and the extra thickness, but the stitching tears so easily - it's a real bummer.
