I bought this stand to replace two monitor stands that couldn't support my large screens. It is well constructed and easy to assemble. Attaching the monitors is very easy as the arm is attached separately, then you hang the arm and monitor on the stand. The side monitors are adjusted with a large screw, so it's very easy to adjust them properly. After just a few tries, I was able to achieve the perfect posture. I usually only get 80% perfection before I give up my old racks. The only problem was that the tilt mechanism on the monitor arms was too tight and I stripped one of the screws. I think someone set the screwdriver torque too high at the factory.
