First, the packaging is terrible. -poor packaging was badly scratched, instructions rusty and torn, looks that way looks like mine had been used. I was very excited about this product. Unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations. The quality control on this thing is terrible. The first and most obvious problem is that the hand holding the monitors is not straight/level. It leans quite a bit to the left and there aren't any adjustments to fix it.
