I have previously purchased two other watch straps in this style from other sellers and have never had a problem removing extra links. It was practically impossible. After trying to pry the pins out with the included tool, we finally tried hitting the tool to pry them out. Even that didn't work. The tool was bent and the breech was bent, but the pin wouldn't budge. So money out the window. Don't take this one if you have any ideas that you need to adjust the length. I gave it a second run just because it's cute and if you have big wrists that might be fine.
