Heavier than recommended and I love it.
I was a bit afraid that the weight of the blanket would be too heavy for me. I understand that the recommended blanket weight should be no more than 10%. I bought 10 pounds. a blanket in a department store and returned it because it looked like a regular blanket. So I decided to order £17. I slept through the first night. I thought maybe because I was tired that night. After owning the duvet for a few months I sleep well EVERY NIGHT. I tell all my friends and family to invest in one. Especially if they suffer from anxiety or insomnia. I only wish I had a nice blanket for him. I wasn't impressed with the option that FindPanda offers.
