Works well - helped me a lot
I'm not a fan of the voice interface (so I turned it off) but this device is so easy to use that it has helped my neck stiffness that has plagued me for months. After the first use (about 5 minutes), the problem with the neck almost disappeared. After the second application two days later (then about 10 minutes) my stiffness was completely gone. It's also easy to charge your device and remote control with a USB charging source. i like the heat I like the overall results of using this remedy. Too bad I didn't buy it two months earlier!
