I only wear it for a short time and am very satisfied. The material is soft and light - they weigh almost nothing. I walk three miles in the fresh air every day, which is perfect for the Florida heat. The pockets are very large and protrude below the hem when seated. This would be an issue if I was wearing them for anything other than training, but I don't and I don't care how I look when I'm working out. Also, I like having room in my pocket for a phone and they are big enough for that. So if you're looking for some great sports shorts, look no further. If you're looking for shorts to hang out in social situations, you might want to try a different brand.
