Overall the camera is great, it has a slim design, the camera is about 2.5cm thick and works as expected. The Kasa app makes it easy to add a camera, and the 2K resolution is nice and crisp. That being said, the camera still has a few bugs to fix. At the time of writing this article, there is no way to remove the watermark or add a timestamp. The only thing that worries me about the camera is the base and the location of the power connector. The pivot point is at the very bottom where most smart cameras have a hinge on the camera head. Ceiling or wall mounting would be the best option for this style as you can place it closer to the wall. but if you just wanted to put it on a flat surface it would be too heavy, and if it was pointing down it would tip over. The micro USB power connector protrudes from the underside of the headband. So if you don't want the wires to look like this I would suggest buying a 90Β° adapter or cable with a 90Β° end. I will say that the wire that comes with the kit is very good quality, very long and has a velcro strap to wrap it around.
