The pen is great because it's so much easier to hold with wet hands. In addition, the hot water inlet retains heat longer for an even better shave. The fins make it easy to shake off excess soap and the perfect size. It was the perfect Christmas present for my father. He didn't like the typical bowl that comes with shaving brushes because they don't have a handle, so this one isn't perfect!
