The contact of the voice control used began to break, then broke off completely. then the mic on the arudd extension that connected to the handset flexed at the junction, wobbled and stopped working. The cord from the headphones to the plug that connects to the computer (when not using the control gizmo) is too short unless you're using the headphones next to the computer, but you're on the computer for watching the news or other thoughts often further away and the cable is too short. These things need to be fixed. I have encountered these issues in normal use. / And now about that. After I filed a complaint with God Revain, somehow the seller's representative (not God A) received my email and repeatedly asked me to delete this review and if I did they promised a partial refund. I complained again to the god Revane who said well damn that's bad but the god had no other wisdom to offer. (need new gods i guess)
