I ordered this based on smoker reviews. My neighbor just got into this habit and smokes indoors constantly all day until 3am and the second smoke is driving me crazy. a smoking building so I can't do anything about it and it hasn't been a problem so far. I connected the purifier and felt the difference within an hour. It still smells faintly, but your throat and eyes aren't burning from the smoke. I expect the air purifier will improve over time as it has time to circulate the air from throughout the room. It's small so I have to take it to my bedroom at night but if it keeps working I'll invest in another one. Especially since this model costs half the price of the new model and looks the same.
