Great set for outdoor training. I love working on the stairs! You can do so many different things with it and it's fun. It also came with mini skittles which we installed so we could do running exercises. Workouts don't have to be in the gym. We enjoyed working with them and it has become part of our weekly training. It also came with a parachute that straps around your waist, which you use for resistance running. I've tried using it but I'm not fast enough to do its job effectively. And unfortunately there was no wind to help my cause, so I have yet to use it. But everything was very well made and came in its own carry case. The ladder also comes with pegs so you can secure it in the grass. I definitely recommend it.
