Update 2 (2/20/21): I had to deduct another star as the replacement started to fail before the warranty expired. And of course you will NOT get a second replacement. I still liked the first design. Update: Customer Support helped me with the exchange process. I'm so glad I don't have to buy another one. I put the original article on their website about a year ago and they were impressive. The design is beautiful, the sound quality is excellent, they have lasted almost two years (I wear them every day). I wish I could say the same about it. I brought it back (this time on this site) and found that the socket design was different. Plus, the sound sounded like it had been diluted with the original. These headphones only lasted a month before the right side stopped working, are you kidding me?!?
