I love this knife! Thank you Cestari Kitchen! I have very disabling arthritis in my hands so I am no longer comfortable using a straight bladed knife. I prefer a serrated blade as it grips whatever I am cutting better. This knife glides thru anything I have used it on. It doesn't slip off the tomatoes, and cuts them paper thin. Slicing cooked meats is a pleasure. I also appreciate the handle grip. It fits well in my hand and doesn't slip. This is my new go to knife. Sharp as a razor.I just love it!
