I ordered a lot of braces for my 10 year old gymnast. She had a bad sprain and wore a boot for a long time. We had to get them out of the boot and this orthosis offers the best support according to the podiatrist. I sent the rest back. She has used it during her workouts and it really gives her stability! Here much cheaper than at PT or a medical supply store.
