Doesn't work LG refused to fix it

I bought at least 15 LG Bluetooth headsets. I'm always good at buying a warranty, this time the headset doesn't stay connected to my phone called warranty but since I just bought it I had to send it back to LG. They kept emailing me for proof of purchase, I don't send it well enough, I ended up buying another set, they have been broken for over 10 days and still not being fixed. Terrible customer service
