This is by far the most difficult product I've ever tried to install and use on my machine. After looking at the terrible instructions on their website and playing around with the settings for hours, I was unable to print any labels. Using online technical support was just as frustrating. The only advice they gave was to turn it off and on again. I am returning this product and will look for a simpler and more useful product.
