First it went up, but not down. Corrected, but the instructions wouldn't hurt.
I looked very good from the start. Insert and step on the "lift" pedal, lifting the load 20#1/3 in. per pump. *However* depressing the bottom (release) pedal a few inches had no effect, nor did leaning on the platform with my full weight. I went back the next day and it wouldn't go down at all. Went onto the floor and noticed a loose bolt + locknut on the hinge end of the release pedal. Tightened the bolt a few turns, put the locknut in place and Boba, it should be an install or .Give shipping instructions and a description of how to bleed/refill the hydraulics, other than that it's nice and well thought out.
