Valve very durable, very clear installation instructions. I have used this with three (3) volume control valves for my custom shower system. Tips: Make sure you tighten the NPT connections very, very firmly (e.g. two large adjustable wrenches) and preferably (optionally) use thread sealant instead of tape or they will leak. The flap needs to be about 2.5" from the finished wall surface, so using a 1" sheet of plywood to mount it worked great. Good protective cap and rinsing before final use is very easy with the tools provided. I've had good luck with Danze products and they seem to be good value for money.
