The product needs a redesign!

After reading the rave reviews I had high hopes for this product. Too bad I didn't read the reviews from consumers who actually used it before posting my review. A product with serious flaws. Where do I even start? I bought it primarily to hold my family of 5's passports and boarding passes for our trip to Scotland. I liked that it had a shoulder strap and wanted it to be closer to my body and free my hands. When I received it I was concerned because the fabric tabs felt thin and weren't reinforced, but I took a risk. I didn't pack it with stuff like they did in their photos. In this product I put a keychain with 3 keys, 5 passports and boarding passes, 3 credit cards and a driver's license, and $100 cash. That's all. First, it hangs upside down when using the shoulder straps. If the zipper doesn't close perfectly, things will fall out. The 2nd outside pocket that I had my boarding passes in fell out because the pockets are too loose and it hangs upside down. 3. I couldn't even get to the collar and one of the tabs holding the strap broke! I had to switch to a bracelet which robbed me of the purpose I bought it for. On the 4th while parking the second pull tab broke and now I had to improvise by hooking the wrist strap to the zipper pull tab. Fifth, the key holder also broke during this 14 day trip. So what's so great about this product? The concept is great, the zips are strong, the fabric and mesh pockets hold up. (NO on sewn tongues with metal rings). The new tongue design as well as stronger/wider body/wrist straps and reinforced stitching make this a 5 star product.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Something is wrong
