This is my second Kipling Defea shoulder bag. There was nothing wrong with my first one except it was starting to look worn. I've had it for years. There are multiple external storage pockets for easy access to my diabetic supplies. Plus it's great for on the go. The middle pocket has room for extra gear, my Kindle, phone, documents, etc. There's even a pocket to keep a pen safe. The only thing I don't like about this bag is that the strap is twisted and I can't figure out how that happens. This is still the best wallet I've ever had.
