Review on Delta Touch Kitchen Sink Faucets 🚰 A/C Power Supply Adapter with Touch2O Technology EP73954 by Ryan Bennett

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Stick with this branded Delta adapter

1) Works great Indeed - the touch function is now more sensitive and reliable (both on and off). 2) A bit expensive for a Chinese product. But. 3) I tried a cheaper generic I found on Revain specifically for this purpose, but it didn't work. 4) Even with tens of cents for an AA battery, you could potentially work for years before spending what that money's worth. 5) See my photos. The adapter body hangs to the left (assuming you have a standard socket orientation with GND at the bottom). I had a wall unit next to the left side of the outlet, so I had to flip the outlet vertically. never mind Now my technical guesses/comments for those with insomnia. 6) To be honest, these are AC to DC adapters. They are not sold as noise filters. Filters require large capacitors that take up space. For practical reasons, these stocks can only be very large (like many other adapters on the market). So they don't eat up the entire exit area (and block the 2nd exit). All people who complain about problems with the operation of other devices should understand this. They probably have enough capacitance to smooth out the ripple after the bridge rectifier, but they may not remove all noise sent back from noisy motors or equipment on the same branch. If you suspect you have a noise problem, contact Delta for filtering advice. That's a valid question. 7) Just a guess, but I suspect they work better than batteries for two reasons. A) The voltage is always (relatively) the same (battery voltage drops after use. B) When the solenoid valve is energized, the starting current also lowers the battery voltage slightly (below 1.5 V each). Not much with a good adapter. I haven't tested these ideas yet, but it's clear that the adapters are surpassing the 3 year battery life I'm used to so far. parallel (in case of power failure). This is how I run and so far it seems great. Much luck! I'm very happy with it so far.
