I saw that the review was really good so I ordered it. I should have read the reviews. The item says a phone mount was included, but it wasn't. So I thought maybe they missed it and asked for a replacement. I received a replacement but it was still missing so I checked the reviews. There were a few criticisms of the lack of a phone mount (my sole purpose of purchase). I've decided to send it back. This is a great tripod/selfie stick but I really needed a phone mount to get 5 stars for me. Since it didn't, it's basically just another factory install. It's big, strong and made of durable material. But I'm giving it two stars because I need this mount for it to be a selfie stick (for my phone).
