poor design in terms of fit and sound quality

The outer part of the earphone is too bulky for the eartip part to penetrate deep enough into the ear canal for good sound quality. I've tried every possible insert configuration but they just don't seal well leaving the sound very thin and distant. They also do not stay in place during normal walking, gardening, bending over, etc. Definitely not suitable for me for running or sports.
