Review on 🐶 Herm Sprenger Dog Collar by Meghan Davis

I always thought I would never use something like this on a dog - I've changed my mind. I am raising two German Shepherds who have lived in an aviary with little human contact for over 8 years. Needless to say, they are dragging and will drag me down the street. I've tried not to pull on the straps and the v-strap on the nose but to no avail. Under the guidance of a trainer, I learned how to use a Sprenger collar. What a transformation. A short pull on the leash - and suddenly both walk on their heels and "walk fine". The trainer will ONLY use this collar. She put it on my shoulder and snapped the leash. There was no pain - I just felt pressure, and then the pressure quickly released - my hesitation and fear of harming the children disappeared. At 5ft 2in, 71 years and 135lbs, I was no match for these two. We now have lovely walks at 5:30am (Scotsdale is a bit at this time of year)….
