I have long preferred this headset form factor - the headphones are placed on the ear, they are not inserted into the ear canal at all, they have a reliable microphone. They're very hard to find at any price point and with any connection method - Bluetooth, wired, whatever you have. The last few I bought had mics that didn't work properly. This. Is working. I'm writing this on the fourth day of ownership so can't comment on its durability. The cable is flimsy, the ear hooks are a bit stiff and I didn't get how far the back of the headphones stick out. I'm not a discerning audiophile so can't speak to bass or boost either, but the sound is clear, loud and not tinny at all. I immediately ordered three more. longevity now. It's not great and I've been through 8 or 9 of these in the last 2 years. In fairness, my dog pulls the cord from the outlet, but sometimes I can't determine what caused the damage. Too bad I ordered three. However, from time to time I look for competitors and always come back to them.
