The screen cannot be adjusted by moving up/down. It's basically a fixed attitude. Just rotate a few degrees up/down. It's not about a different screw size or bad screw quality! The base bracket is really poorly made, I didn't even tighten it, the base bracket is cracked as seen in the photos. I already knew this would be the case since it is shipped/made in China, no wonder they have a decent discount on this model. I will ask them to exchange the base and send me the correct size screw. However, the screw hole for the base is not drilled correctly either. Excuse the words but I hate when 'tiny' components cause problems, you know how it pisses you off.
