As a longtime BOXERPOINT client, I was dismayed by the company's sloppy service and disregard for its customers. My experience with BOXERPOINT was disappointing because I was hoping to improve my outdoor performance by using their equipment. Poor site design, poor search functionality, and out-of-date product information all contributed to a frustrating user experience. The few pieces of equipment and accessories I did buy were not as advertised, and some were even broken or missing parts. My attempts to get in touch with customer service resulted in long wait periods and unsatisfactory responses. In sum, I was dissatisfied with BOXERPOINT and would not suggest it to others.
