This is my first time buying foot orthoses although I depend on orthotics for my daily work and exercise and I am so glad I did. These socks provide the necessary support for the arch of the foot and relieve pain in the feet and legs. My feet hurt so much from flat feet that eventually heel and foot pain develops. Now the pain is greatly relieved when I wear these socks. In addition, they are very comfortable to wear. They are snug but not too tight so you don't sweat and are very easy to put on. The size is perfect for me. They retained their shape and compression after several weeks of wearing and washing. I am so glad I bought these products. I will buy in another color.
