UPDATE 2: Works great with 5 lights in 2 groups so upgrade to 5 stars! What's particularly good about them is that they come in beautiful colors, with a nice app to manage both colors. and brightness when you're in the mood, as well as a very bright white light when you need it. I just wish they had a gimbal version. UPDATED REVIEW: I factory reset my Note 8 which has been getting very very slow lately and after a clean install the Lumary app works great! So I'm increasing my rating to 4 stars for now. If it continues to work well after installing additional lights, I will upgrade it to 5 stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have 8 ceiling lights that I wanted to replace with colored smart lights, so I bought a 4" Lumary Wifi downlight to try. The light is pretty good as far as I can tell, but it's useless without it an app to control it. Unfortunately the android app (version 1.0.6) is very buggy. Most of the time (but not always) the app's homepage works to turn the light on and off, and if I can do that, can I also usually adjust the brightness. The problem occurs when you go to the second page of the application where you can adjust the color. Most of the time it just doesn't respond. In fact, most of the time the app doesn't even switch from the "White" tab to the Color tab. It seems that you do not register that you have touched the application! Since the app is so bad, I will not buy 7 Lumary bulbs again and will probably return the one I bought. Shame. Me really wanted this to work.
