My friend has developed loose poop syndrome, so the poop usually covers his hind legs. The skin was very irritated despite daily washing. I started applying this liberally to all of his hind legs and buttocks, basically the entire "splatter zone". His skin is much better, and the powder prevents water from sticking to the poop and makes it easier to rinse off without too much friction. It also has muddy/cute itchy patches but I haven't used the powder long enough to see if it helps with that. So far, so good!
